Six Days Post Partum

This is my first post. I want to keep track of my weight loss/strength gain as I try to get back into shape after my second baby. This is a personal blog, but go ahead and read my progress and cheer me along if you wish!

Weight before giving birth: 192 lbs (clothes on)


Current Weight: 175 lbs (clothes on)

Physical activity for today: None. Too sore still from stitches, etc.

Junk food/ drinks: Two glasses of iced tea. Approx 70 calories each. Not too bad.
